Shotton I.T. Centre, with its warm and welcoming ambience, is an ideal place to study anything from basic computing to more complex I.T. courses as well choosing from many available courses to improve your job prospects.
The Centre is open to all members of our community on a drop in basis and is open four days a week.
Learn My Way – a basic I.T. course with loads of hidden gems such as: How to Stay Healthy; Managing Your Money; Digital Safety; Universal Credit and Online Shopping
ECDL – a Level 2 qualification in I.T. which is accredited by the British Computer Society
Individual I.T. – Word Processing; Spreadsheets; Databases; Presentations

We can’t list all of the courses here but there are hundreds to choose from.
We also provide assistance with creating/updating CVs; letters of application and job search.
Not all people are looking for employment, however, and many use the centre for other services we offer such as photocopying; printing; scanning and faxing.
